1. 14-Day Return Window We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number).

3. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” or promotional clearance items.

  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  3. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds Processing We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • Approved: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Delayed: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your credit card company or bank first before reaching out to us.

6. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
