1. Order Processing Time (48-Hour Dispatch) We know you are excited to receive your order. All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Origin To ensure fast and reliable delivery, all orders are shipped directly from our local warehouses located within the United States. By fulfilling orders domestically, we minimize transit times and reduce the risk of international shipping delays.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Because we ship from local US warehouses, standard domestic delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your exact location.
Please note: Occasional delays may occur due to high volume periods, severe weather conditions, or carrier-specific issues beyond our control.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
5. Shipping Destinations Currently, we ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. If you require shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability and rates.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
7. Missing or Lost Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours of the “delivered” status, please contact us so we can assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier.
